Yogi Pandas - Baby & Me (Ages 1-4)
This fun yoga class is designed to bond with your child in a fun and meaningful way. Bring your little one to enjoy breathing techniques to calm you and your child along with stretches, games, flow, sharing and community building with other parents, grandparents & caregivers. For moms – this class is opportunity to regain strength while cultivating confidence and alleviate neck, should & back pain through yoga. Please note, this is a regularly scheduled class and not a workshop, like Monsters, Bees, and Foxes.
Yogi Monsters (Ages 5-8)
This class encourages younger children to experience yoga. Using yoga postures in games, stories, adventures to assist with improving motor skills, flexibility, balance, strength, concentration and self- esteem. Children will be introduced to relaxation and breathing techniques. Come and have your child discover the gift of yoga!
Yogi Bees (Ages 9-11)
This class is designed to help children build strength, flexibility, concentration and focus, compassion and self-esteem. The class will introduce children to movements and postures geared at integrating their mind and body through a playful routine all while practicing and introducing them to the tradition of yoga.
Yogi Foxes (Ages 12-13)
Tweens and Teens lives are full of changes and they are living in a technology world. Yoga offers them a way to find stable ground as well as acceptance of these life changes. Yoga provides them a way to listen to their subtle body and empowers them to strengthen their body, flex the imagination and adds a spark of creativity. This class will assist them to develop a yoga practice that relaxes as well as stimulate the mind that they can take off the mat into the world.
